Description:
Prerequisites: Dogs have at least a novice level heeling foundation. This class will benefit ALL levels of dogs (i.e., open and utility). Please be willing to put in 6 weeks of heeling practice with your dog.
This a fun, motivational class that will teach you some new tools to put in your toolbox to help your heeling. Heeling will be broken down and perfected as individual components (i.e., starts, halts, turns, changes of pace). Once the components are perfected, they will be combined to form the entire exercise. Heeling will be proofed so the dog learns to heel with all types of distractions.
Goals of class are to make heeling FUN, perfect heeling, work heeling in the ring like you do in training.
Drop ins are available for this class if space is available, members $25 and non Members $35. Contact the instructor for availability.

All class registration fees must be paid prior to attendance of the first session of class.
Unpaid registrations could result in the registree losing their place in class and if there is a waiting list for that class the next person on the waiting list will be awarded the seat.
Acceptance into any class at Bayshore Companion Dog Club is at the discretion of Bayshore Companion Dog Club.
Class Registration Checks that are returned to the Treasurer will result in a $25.00 returned check fee assessed and payable before the student attends the next session of the class.
Bayshore Companion Dog Club reserves the right to cancel any classes that do not meet minimum attendance requirements.
